Our usher and seating staff are capable of directing patrons in large areas to their seating bays, who can then be seated by further ushers. During the performance or event, the ushers are experienced in ensuring occupational health and safety guidelines are followed such as keeping the isle ways free from patrons and keeping excited patrons from surging forward. ESP usher and seating staff are also competent in sorting out seating issues quickly with minimal fuss offering a positive outcome for both the patron and the promoter. At the conclusion of the event, safe egress is crucial. Our staffs are experienced in opening up areas, and providing solutions for safe and efficient movement of patrons from the venue.
